暫時未可以。AllDeer 香港現在只接受首批登記，還未收款。首批開放時，我們會按登記先後聯絡你。
Not yet. AllDeer Hong Kong is only taking sign-ups for now and isn't accepting payment. When the first batch opens, we'll contact people in the order they registered.
價錢用甚麼貨幣計算？What currency are the prices in?
網站上的是港幣（HKD）價錢，付款也用港幣，運費另計。產品頁上方可以切換貨幣，看看紐元、美元、人民幣等大約是多少。
Prices are in Hong Kong dollars and you pay in HKD. Shipping is extra. On the product pages you can switch currency to see roughly what that is in NZD, USD, CNY and others.
可以怎樣付款？How can I pay?
FPS 轉數快、銀行轉帳或信用卡都可以。確認訂單時，我們會連同運費一起告訴你總數。
FPS, bank transfer or credit card. When we confirm your order, we'll send the total including shipping.
貨品怎樣寄到香港？How does it get to Hong Kong?
由新西蘭直接寄到你的香港地址，附追蹤編號。
It's posted straight from New Zealand to your Hong Kong address, with tracking.
每天怎樣吃？How do I take it?
每瓶 60 粒，大約 30 天份量。請按包裝標籤上的建議份量服用，不要吃多過建議份量。
Each bottle has 60 capsules, about 30 days' worth. Follow the directions on the label and don't take more than it says.
甚麼人不適合吃？Who shouldn't take it?
懷孕或餵哺母乳、正在服藥、有長期病患、對任何成分敏感，或未滿 18 歲，請先問過醫生或註冊中醫師。產品含動物來源原料，素食者不宜。
If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, on medication, living with a health condition, allergic to any of the ingredients, or under 18, please check with a doctor or registered Chinese medicine practitioner first. The products contain animal-derived ingredients, so they aren't suitable for vegetarians.

不是。AllDeer 是日常營養補充品，不是用來診斷、治療、治癒或預防任何疾病，也不能代替均衡飲食和醫生的意見。
No. AllDeer products are everyday nutritional supplements. They aren't meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they don't replace a balanced diet or your doctor's advice.
可以退貨或退款嗎？Can I return something or get a refund?
可以。寄出前取消可全數退款；收到損壞、寄錯或有問題的貨品，請在 7 天內通知我們；未開封的產品亦可在 14 天內退回。詳情見退換及退款政策。
Yes. Cancel before dispatch for a full refund; tell us within 7 days if something arrives damaged, wrong or faulty; and unopened products can be returned within 14 days. See the Returns & Refunds Policy.
