These terms apply to every order you place with AllDeer Hong Kong through alldeerhk.com, WhatsApp, email or our payment links. Please read them before you order.
1. About us
AllDeer Hong Kong (alldeerhk.com) is run by AllDeer HK (AllDeer 香港), based in New Zealand ("we", "us"). We are an authorised reseller and promotional agent of AllDeer (New Zealand). When you buy through this site, WhatsApp or our payment links, you are buying from us. The products are made and packed in New Zealand by AllDeer.
We may update these terms from time to time. Your order is governed by the version on this site on the day you place it.
2. Who can buy
You must be 18 or over.
Products are for your own or your household's use, not for resale. If you'd like to resell, see the partner programme.
We currently deliver to Hong Kong addresses. For anywhere else, please ask us first.
3. Product information
AllDeer products are nutritional supplements, not medicines. Product descriptions on this site are general information. The product label is the definitive source for ingredients, serving size, directions and warnings. Images are for illustration and packaging may vary slightly. We may change the product range at any time.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD), converted from AllDeer's official New Zealand retail prices (NZD). Amounts shown in other currencies are a guide only; you are charged in HKD.
Shipping is extra. When we confirm your order we'll tell you the total including shipping, and you can decide whether to go ahead before you pay.
If you pay with an overseas card, your bank may charge currency conversion or overseas transaction fees. Those are between you and your bank.
If a price on the site is wrong, we'll tell you before accepting your order and you can choose to buy at the correct price or cancel.
5. How an order is made
When you send an order through the order page, WhatsApp or email, you are offering to buy, and you agree to these terms, the Returns & Refunds Policy and the Privacy Policy.
We reply by WhatsApp or email to confirm the items, shipping cost, total and how to pay.
The contract between us is formed once we have confirmed your order and received payment in full.
Before then, we may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, we can't deliver to the address, or we suspect fraud or resale. If you've already paid, we'll refund you in full.
6. Payment
You can pay by FPS, bank transfer or credit card. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Please pay within 3 days of our order confirmation, or the order may be cancelled.
Please include your order reference (for example AD-XXXXXX) with any transfer so we can match it.
7. Shipping and delivery
Orders are posted directly from New Zealand to the Hong Kong address you give us, with tracking. We'll give you an estimated delivery time when we confirm your order. It is an estimate, and postal, flight or customs delays can happen.
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a parcel comes back to New Zealand because the address was wrong, nobody collected it, or delivery was refused, you'll need to pay the cost of sending it again.
We carry the risk of loss or damage until the parcel is delivered to your address. If it's lost or damaged in transit, we'll replace it or refund you; see the Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Import and customs
Orders are sent to Hong Kong as goods for personal use and normally attract no import duty. As the recipient, you are the importer of your own goods; please help if customs asks for information. If a parcel is held or returned because information you gave us was incorrect, we may not be able to refund it.
9. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can cancel at any time before your order is dispatched for a full refund. For anything after dispatch, see the Returns & Refunds Policy.
10. Health and safety
Follow the directions on the label and don't take more than the recommended amount. Supplements don't replace a balanced diet.
If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, living with a health condition, allergic to any ingredient, or under 18, talk to a doctor or registered Chinese medicine practitioner first.
The products contain animal-derived ingredients and are not suitable for vegetarians.
If you feel unwell after taking a product, stop taking it, get medical advice, and let us know.
Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
Everyone's experience is different. Nothing on this site or in our messages is medical advice, and the products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
11. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights you have by law that can't be excluded by contract, including under New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, and, where they apply, Hong Kong laws such as the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) and the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362).
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, and subject to section 11:
we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as loss of income);
our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order;
we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, flight or postal disruption, or government action), but we'll tell you as soon as we can and refund you where appropriate.
13. Partner programme
The information on the partner programme page is a summary only and is not an offer. The programme has its own partner terms, which you must accept before joining.
14. Intellectual property
The AllDeer name, logo, product images and the content of this site belong to AllDeer or its licensors. Please don't copy them or use them commercially without written permission.
15. Privacy
How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
16. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This doesn't take away any protection the law where you live gives you that can't be excluded by contract. These terms are available in Chinese and English; if they differ, the English version applies.
